Little Victories – No Apnea Monitor
Big news in the Mills household yesterday…Asher is no longer on the Sleep Apnea Monitor!!! While it did provide some security, especially during the first few nights of having him home, we all began to hate it – especially Asher.
Tonight, I spent some time going through all the encouraging comments, thoughts and prayers you all sent us here. I was reminded of the new friends that helped us get through all the detours of this trip. I thought about our crazy trip home and the little victories. I can’t wait to sit Asher down when he is old enough to understand, and explain the gravity of all that was involved with his entrance and immediate survival in this world. I have no idea what God has planned for this little guy, but I can’t wait experience it with him!

I think when Asher gets older he needs that cool “Little Victories” design in the pic tattooed on his arm. :-)

Great News…..I love the picture of Asher and am so looking forward to getting to see him again next week when I come down for Jadyn’s birthday. By the way the pictures posted yesterday of both of the kids are so adorable. Matt and Linsey were home last week-end and stopped in a little bit with Steve & Laurie.
Matt made the rounds, looking at all my pictures in the family room and was so taken by Jadyn’s picture. He said, “She is so pretty”.
Also commented that he hadn’t seen Asher yet.

I am really happy that your son is no longer “wired!” I know how much of a hassle the machine was and that none of you (ESPECIALLY ASHER) have to deal with it anymore! God is SO good!!!
